Often referred to as the “Silver Goosefoot Plant” for its webbed-looking juvenile leaves, this slow-growing member of the syngonium family is one of the more coveted syngonium varieties. Native to Central and South America, the Wedlandii is a staple in Feng Shui design philosophy, and is rumored to not only absorb toxins when grown in dense quantities, but to purify odors from the air.
This versatile, bushy climber is notoriously easy to care for and loved for its forgiving nature. Allow to grow as a loose bush with whimsical, occasionally trailing stems, or train up a trellis into a bushy wall of foliage.
Light: This plant prefers medium to bright indirect light, but avoid direct light to prevent droopiness and leaf discoloration.
Water: This plant prefers moist, but well draining soil. We recommend watering only once the soil is dry about two inches down in its container.
Humidity: Moderate humidity is best. We suggest running a humidifier if the air in your space is dry
If ingested, this plant is poisonous to pets.
