These elegant, minimal stoneware hanging planters are designed to provide proper aeration to your plants’ roots and add warmth to your space. Handcrafted in Convivial Production’s studios in Kansas City, Missouri, the set contains a cord of Organic Hemp and a Coco Coir Liner to help absorb excess moisture. The Arched Hanging Planter is perfect for your 4” and 6” trailing plants, and sure to be a favorite addition to your pottery collection.

Planter contains a drainage hole for happy planting.

ABOUT THE MAKER

Convivial Productions was founded in 2014 by Owner and Lead Designer Chentell Shannon with the intention to inspire a life of conviviality: “The joining of people to eat, drink, and be well with one another.”

The company expresses three main goals to their business model:
• To create handmade wares, designed in intention and form to spur on conviviality in customer’s lives.
• To create handmade wares that were accessible in price, function and availability for gifting and everyday use.
• To create hands-on, technical and craft jobs for creatives.

While Shannon first began selling her wares as Convivial while hand throwing each piece on the wheel in her home garage, the company has evolved to incorporate slip-casting into their manufacturing process, to ensure the continuity and quality of every piece. The construction of each planter takes roughly seven days, during which time Convivial mixes the clay, hand casts and carves each piece, and cleans and buffs each item before firing. They take pride in this laborious, artisan approach to ensure a polished, consistent product.

We currently offer shipping to the lower 48 United States only. We take every precaution to carefully package your items for safe transport.

Shipping orders are packaged within two days of order.

All plant orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail to assure that they spend no more than three days in the mail.
