PRICING MODEL AND CONTRACT TERMS
INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
Labor cost is $65 per hour, per person and will be billed monthly. Hours are subject to change depending on the level of service required.
Crimson Horticultural Rarities is not responsible for replacing any plants under our care or for any issues due to a pre-existing problem, such as inadequate lighting.
It is understood that plant choices outlined in an estimate are preliminary and subject to change based on availability of plants. Any design changes, substitutions, and additions instigated by the client may alter the estimate.
PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total installation, as noted in the estimate, is required to hold the installation date and confirm services.
