Like most plant lovers, we love a variegated variety around here. Therefore, we were overjoyed to find this extremely rare and uncommon Variegated Spathiphyllum “Jessica”, an unusual Peace Lily noted for its all-over variegation and large patches of white. Unlike other variegated Peace Lily varieties, the mature ‘Jessica’ is noted for growing all white, albo leaves contrasted by dark stems.
Light: Bright, indirect light is important for encouraging stark variegation in this variety. While Peace Lily may be tolerant of low light conditions, the Jessica may lose some (though not all) of the distinction in its variegation if grown in shade. Keep out of direct sunlight to avoid wilting and leaf discoloration.
Water: Like other Peace Lily, these plants prefer for their soil to dry at least 2”-3” down between waterings. Watch for the leaves to start drooping a bit as a sign that the plant is thirsty for a drink!
Humidity: Peace Lily prefer humid conditions, though they can tolerate a space with only moderate humidity. We suggest running a humidifier if your space is especially dry.
If ingested, poisonous to humans and pets.Photographs are representative of the species and not always the specific plant shipped. Normal variations in size, pruning and leaf structure may occur.
