This charming butterwort variety is a hybrid of P. agnata and P. (moranensis x ehlersiae). The clusters of rosettes range from soft green to bright pink based on light intensity. Butterworts are very effective at capturing small insects such as fungus gnats and fruit flies on their leaves.
Light: Very bright, filtered light to direct light. The brighter the light this plant receives, the more pink the coloration will be.
Water: Pinguiculas do not like to dry out. This plant be kept in a saucer with 1/2 to 1 inch of water. For best results, water with distilled water or rainwater.
Humidity: These tropical, bog-loving carnivores prefer a humid environment. We suggest running a humidifier or misting regularly if the air in your space is particularly dry.
Non-toxic to people and pets.
