The Hoya carnosa “Chelsea” is an especially easy-care Hoya variety that has gained popularity for their heart-shaped, puckery leaves and waxy green sheen. Its scarcity on the plant market has also, no doubt, increased its notoriety. Like other Carnosa varieties, this Hoya is also succulent, meaning it is remarkably easy to care for. Provide with strong indirect light and watch for clusters of blooms in late spring through summer!
Light: These babies love light, though you should avoid hot, direct sun! Perfect for bright indirect lighting situations. These will not do well in low light conditions.
Water: Hoyas are very low maintenance and prefer to dry out between waterings. Wait until your potting mix feels completely dry before giving this friend a drink.
Humidity: Moderate humidity is best. We suggest running a humidifier if the air in your space is dry.
This item is non-toxic to pets.
