The Geogenanthus Poeppigii, also known as Seersucker plant, is a unique, tropical houseplant prized for its thick, textured leaves, distinct striping, and purple undersides. Native to the tropical rainforests of South America, these plants grow under the canopy, crawling along the rainforest floor.
Light: These plants do well in low to medium indirect light, avoiding direct sun, as the intense rays will burn these leaves.
Water: These plants enjoy evenly moist soil, but do not like to be soggy. Water once the soil is dry about one to two inches down in its container.
Humidity: These plants come from a tropical climate and appreciate high humidity conditions. We suggest adding a humidifier to optimal growth.
This plant is not safe for pets if consumed.
