The Philodendron Red Heart is a stunner with large, glossy heart-shaped leaves that emerge a dark red color and darken as they mature. This relatively new hybrid is easy to care for and stays a compact size, making it the perfect table-top plant.
Light: Bright, indirect light is ideal for your Philodendron. They enjoy a good deal of ambient sun, but do not favor direct light. These plants can tolerate lower light conditions but it will slow the growth.
Water Plant in a well-draining potting mix and allow the soil to dry at least halfway down in the pot between waterings to avoid over-saturation. Avoid keeping the central rosette wet.
Humidity: Moderate humidity is best for Philodendron growth. We suggest adding a humidifier to your plant care routine if the air in your space is dry.
Toxic to pets if ingested.
