While the exact parentage isn't documented, the Philodendron White Wizard is widely believed to be a hybrid of Philodendron Erubescens. These rare plants are highly sought after for the striking white variegation on the leaves, along with the lush green leaves and stems. While it may grow at a slower pace, the White Wizard can reach heights of up to ten feet as it matures.
Light: This plant prefers bright indirect light, but avoid direct sun, as hot rays have the potential to burn its leaves. Please note that because the variegated leaf parts lack chlorophyll, and therefore cannot photosynthesis, a lower light environment will cause it to lose some of the variegation that makes it so special.
Water: This plant prefers moist, but well draining soil, so water this friend once the soil is dry about two inches down in its container. Pot in a chunky, well draining potting mix.
If ingested, poisonous to people and pets.
