The Chlorophytum genus, commonly known as "Spider Plant" is an easy to care for plant known for it's long, bushy leaves and spider-like appearance, hence the common name "Spider Plant". The Chlorphytum Mandarin boasts a larger leaf with bright orange stems, making it a great choice for any plant parent looking to add a pop of color to their space. This variety does not produce runners with baby plantlets, like the others in its genus.
Light: These plants do best in medium to bright, indirect light. Too much direct sun will result in browning tips and/or sunburned leaves.
Water: Chlorophytum are tolerant of drought conditions, but do best when watered when the soil dries out half-way in the pot. Occasional missed waterings will not harm this plant, but consistent drying out can cause the leaf tips to brown.
Humidity: Moderate humidity is best. We suggest running a humidifier if the air in your space is dry.
