Light: This plant prefers bright indirect light, but keep it out of direct light, as its tender leaves will burn. A north-facing window will offer ideal lighting conditions. Another important consideration is that the beautiful spherical shape of this plant is easily distorted when it reaches for the light. To avoid this, be sure to rotate your plant with each watering, and keep it out of low light conditions.
Water: This pilea likes to stay on the moist side, so give your plant a drink once the soil is dry about an inch or two below the surface.
Humidity: Moderate humidity is best for this variety. We suggest running a humidifier if the air in your space is dry.
