Ficus Shivereana is a hybrid variety known for its subtly variegated foliage. Often the new growth will have a peachy pink hue which will fade to a lighter yellow tone over time. Although not as adaptable as many other ficus elastica varieties, this plant will thrive under the right conditions!
Light: Place in medium bright to bright indirect light, avoiding direct sun. The brighter the indirect light, the more the plant will retain its beautiful variegation.
Water: You should allow the soil to dry out about halfway between watering, checking the soil regularly to make sure the plant is not staying too wet to avoid root rot.
If ingested, poisonous to pets.
