The ZZ Nova Star, or “Black Zanzibar”, checks all the boxes for us at Crimson. Gothic? Check! Easy-Maintenance? Check! We love a moody plant with a bright disposition over here. The dark purple leaves and stems of the Nova Star, appearing almost black make this ZZ Hybrid similar to the Raven, but with a slightly red tint.
Zamioculcas, or "ZZ Plants”, are well known for their reputation for being both beautiful and sturdy.
Originating from a drought-prone environment, Zamioculcas are extremely adaptable and very forgiving in most conditions. They are lovingly nicknamed "Easy Plants" for a reason! These are fantastic plants for a first time plant parent, or anyone who wants a no fuss plant to adorn their space.
Light: Although these plants prefer bright indirect light, they can survive in almost any lighting condition .Most ZZ varieties can tolerate low light conditions.
Water: Water only when the soil has dried all the way out. These plants are perfect for those that
Humidity: Moderate to low humidity is best.
