The Piccolo Banda is such a stunner, we can't get enough of it's gorgeous purple and silver striped leaves. They are a fairly compact grower, but can send out a few long shoots from time to time. Peperomia are epiphytes, which means that they grow well in lower light and don't need too much water making them an ideal houseplant.
Light: Most peperomia thrive in bright indirect light with limited direct sunlight, however varieties such as the Piccolo Banda can benefit from a couple of hours of direct light.
Water: Peperomia do better on the drier side. Allow the top couple of inches to dry out completely before watering and then water thoroughly. Do not let your peperomia to sit in water, as that can lead to root rot.
