Philodendron Gloriosum is highly sought after for their velvety green foliage and striking white stripes on large heart-shaped leaves. These philodendrons are creepers, meaning their stems grow horizontally to the ground. They can benefit from a moss pole or stake to help stabilize them as they grow larger.
Light: They should be placed in bright indirect light, avoiding direct sun rays, as this can lead to yellowing of the leaves. We recommend adding humidity by misting or using a humidifier for best results.
Water: Philodendron Gloriosum benefit from well-aerated soil and a well-draining pot, to ensure the roots are getting the proper amount of oxygen. Add bark, perlite, or charcoal to the soil to achieve a well-aerated soil. Keep the soil moist, but never soggy, as this can easily lead to root rot.
If ingested, poisonous to people and pets.
