Philodendron - Imperial Red

Philodendron ‘Imperial Red’ is a low-maintenance houseplant known for its striking, large, burgundy-hued leaves. Originating from the rainforests of Central and South America, this hybrid variety belongs to the Araceae family and is well-adapted for indoor cultivation across diverse climates.

Light: Bright, indirect sunlight is ideal for your Philodendron. They enjoy a good deal of ambient sun, but do not favor direct light. These plants can tolerate lower to medium light but will result in slower growth.

Water: These plants prefer for their soil to stay slightly moist, but never soggy. Plant in a well-draining potting mix and allow the soil to dry at least halfway down in the pot between waterings to avoid over-saturation.

Humidity: Moderate humidity is best for Philodendron growth. We suggest adding a humidifier to your plant care routine if the air in your space is dry.
